Cementing plugs can be divided into standard cementing plugs and anti-transformation cementing plugs. Cementing rubber plugs are used to isolate the cement slurry, clean the casing wall, and prevent the pollution of the cement slurry. After the rubber plug is pressed against the floating hoop, it can accurately indicate the replacement position of the cement slurry and the sealing performance of the casing. The upper rubber stopper and lower rubber stopper are generally used as a set. The upper rubber plug is separated from the upper cement slurry and mud to prevent the cement slurry from being polluted, and at the same time replace the cement slurry to the annulus.

Before cementing, put the lower rubber plug first, and pump and scrape the well wall to separate the lower cement slurry and mud to prevent the cement slurry from being polluted. After pressing, since the lower rubber plug is hollow, hold back the pressure of 2-4 MPa to break the rubber membrane, provide a channel for the cement slurry, and establish a circulation. Then, pour cement, put in the rubber plug, pump, touch the pressure, and the cementing is over.

Structural features
SS type rubber stopper and DS type rubber stopper are designed and manufactured according to the requirements of SY5394-91. The core material is made of aluminum alloy or polymer material, with good drillability. The rubber stopper is made of imported nitrile rubber, which is resistant to oil, acid and alkali. The structure adopts 5W type, and the scraping and replacement effect is good.
