The cementing rubber plug is installed in the cement head. When cementing, it isolates the cement slurry and mud to prevent the mud from infiltrating into the cement slurry and affects the cementing quality. The core of the rubber plug is made of aluminum alloy material with good drillability. Molecular material or FRP composite material, the outside is directly vulcanized with rubber.
According to the use, it can be divided into: upper rubber stopper, lower rubber stopper, ordinary cementing rubber stopper, anti-rotation rubber stopper and so on.

Features:
1. The rubber stopper is resistant to oil, acid and alkali;
2. The core material of the rubber plug is aluminum alloy material or polymer material with good drillability, or glass fiber reinforced plastic material.
3. The penetrating pressure of clean water under the rubber stopper is kept at 1-2Mpa;
4. The sealing ability of the rubber plug in the casing is not less than 10 Mpa;
5. The anti-rotation plug head of the anti-rotation top plug is matched with the valve seat of the floating hoop or the floating shoe, which can prevent rotation during the drilling and removal process, making it easier to drill and remove.
