What are the common faults and causes of centrifuge motors?
(1) Motor oscillation: the rotor of the motor is not concentric with the stator or the air gap is uneven, the motor is not installed correctly, the main shaft is deformed, the bearing is worn, the stator turns short circuit, the rotor squirrel cage is cracked or the compressor mechanical vibration is moved, etc.
(2) Poor starting: faulty power line wiring, faulty wiring or starting equipment, inconsistent operating voltage or power frequency, excessive load torque or cracking of squirrel cage bars, etc.
(3) The motor is overheated: the supply of the motor cooling medium is insufficient or interrupted, the terminal voltage of the motor deviates from the rated value, the winding insulation is damaged, and the unit is severely overloaded. But the motor winding overheating is not necessarily the motor over (over) load.
