According to the material forming form, the integral centralizer can be divided into: tube integral stamping type and sheet rolling stamping type. The overall stamping type of pipe is made of a round steel pipe through cutting, wire sawing, hydroforming and other processes, without welding in the whole process. The sheet rolling stamping type is made of a whole steel plate through cutting, rolling, wire sawing, welding and other processes and finally hydroformed, allowing welding.
Compared with the elastic centralizer, the rigid centralizer has obvious advantages. In vertical wells, if the casing is required to rotate during cement injection to improve the displacement efficiency, then the rigid centralizer is the best choice. In inclined wells and horizontal wells, leaf spring centralizers can no longer support heavy casing strings. If the casing in the cemented section is required to rotate, rigid centralizers are the only choice.
The rollers on the ribs of the centralizer can roll when running into the casing, reducing the running resistance, making the casing easier to run, improving the displacement efficiency and improving the cementing quality.
