Common centralizers mainly include rigid centralizers, integral centralizers, roller centralizers, hinge centralizers, etc.
1. Overall centralizer
According to the material forming form, the integral centralizer can be divided into: tube integral stamping type and sheet rolling stamping type. The overall stamping type of pipe is made of a round steel pipe through cutting, wire sawing, hydroforming and other processes, and there is no welding in the whole process. The sheet rolling stamping type is made of a whole steel plate through cutting, rolling, wire sawing, welding and other processes and finally hydroformed, allowing welding.

2. Rigid centralizer
The rigid centralizer can freely rotate and slide up and down on the casing, or it can be fixed to a certain part of the casing with a set screw or a fixing ring.
Compared with the elastic centralizer, the rigid centralizer has obvious advantages. In the vertical well, if the casing is required to rotate during cement injection to improve the displacement efficiency, the rigid centralizer is the best choice. In inclined wells and horizontal wells, the leaf spring centralizer can no longer support the heavy casing string. If the casing in the cemented section is required to rotate, the rigid centralizer is the only choice.
