2. Before pouring the cement slurry, after pouring a predetermined amount of cement slurry, insert the lower rubber plug into the upper rubber plug, and then pump in the mud or water to make the upper rubber plug press down the cement slurry;
3. The lower plug is blocked by the support ring, and the baffle plate in the center hole is crushed until the cement slurry is all squeezed out of the casing, the upper and lower plugs collide, the liquid channel is blocked, and the pump pressure suddenly increases. The cement work is over.
4. After the cementing is completed, close the gate leading to the outside of the cement head, remove the connecting pipeline, wait for 48 hours, and then conduct a pressure test through the cement head to check the cementing quality;
5. The cement head should also be well maintained to avoid quality problems during the next cement injection.
