The anti-rotation cementing plug is mainly used for casing cementing on the jack-up platform and jacket. The bottom plug (red) is used to isolate the cement slurry and the pre-fluid to prevent the pre-fluid from being damaged before the casing floating hoop pollution. The top plug (yellow) is used to separate the displacement fluid from the cement slurry to prevent the subsequent cement slurry from being polluted by the displacement fluid. At the same time, the top plug is also used to touch pressure to indicate the end of cementing and slurry replacement. The bottom plug is seated behind the floating hoop, and the rubber breakdown pressure is about 400psi.

When releasing the lower rubber stopper, rotate to exit to release the lower stopper pin, the lower rubber stopper will leave the inner cavity where the lower rubber stopper is located under the push of gravity and pumping liquid (the release indicator pin is shown), and be displaced to the casing along the inner wall of the casing on the float hoop. When putting on the rubber stopper, rotate and exit to release the upper stopper pin. Under the push of gravity and the displacement liquid, the upper rubber stopper leaves the inner cavity where the rubber stopper is located (the release indicator pin is displayed), displaces the cement slurry and cleans the inner wall of the casing. Until it coincides with the lower rubber stopper and touches it.
