Disposal method: adjust and modify the base to make it level. When installing, first use a level meter to measure whether the foundation is level. If it is uneven, it can be adjusted by adding a backing plate to the foundation.

2. The error of the negative pressure vibrating screen is large, which causes the abnormal operation of the screen body and causes the bearing to heat up and be damaged.
Disposal method: The ideal working condition of the vibrating screen is that the whole machine operates smoothly, and the vibration amplitude is the same everywhere, so the production and installation accuracy of the equipment must be strictly adjusted, and the position is not shifted. At this time, there is as much material as possible.
3. The constant screw of the vibration motor is loose, or the anti-loose spring washer is not added, which causes the vibration source to vibrate, resulting in the bearing heating and damage.
Disposal method: The vibration motor is used for the first time, and the fastening screws should be observed again after 2 hours and 50 hours of operation, and tightened immediately if they are loose.
4. Improper selection of lubricating oil, excessive or too little filling will cause bearing fever.
Disposal method: Under normal conditions, lubricating oil should be filled to 2/3 of the lubricating chamber. Excessive amount is easy to generate heat, and the exhaust screw must be used to exhaust. Usually, under the condition of no oil leakage, the vibrating motor is filled with lubricating oil every 80-100 hours, and the filling is no more than 1kg at a time, and the waste oil is discharged immediately.
