➣ The thermal compensator is connected into the casing string of the heavy oil thermal recovery well to provide effective compensation for the casing string elongation caused by steam injection process or the casing string shrinkage caused by carbon dioxide injection and other measures. Product introduction

1. Safe bearing capacity in 120℃ is 600kN, with strong impact resistance; capable of preventing the opening of upper/lower casings

Technical features

➣ The thermal compensator consists of an outer cylinder and a central pipe structurally; the outer cylinder is connected with the bottom cap, and the central pipe and the outer cylinder are connected by splines; a locking mechanism is also set between the outer cylinder and the central pipe. The thermal compensator produced by our company has the advantages of reliable operation, simple structure, a short tool length, low costs and a long compensation distance. It is suitable for the completion of various thermal recovery well completion technologies and can be placed at any required position on the casing string without being affected by the deviation angle. It is used to ensure that the completion string is in good condition during steam injection operation of the heavy oil thermal recovery well and will not be damaged by temperature changes. No follow-up operation measures are required after construction, which provides good conditions for follow-up operation.

Single independent ball centralizer
➣ During the casing lowering in deep wells, extended reach wells and long horizontal drainholes, cuttings will be tucked in the slot space of the slotted rolling ball centralizer, which will lead to encumbered ball rolling, stronger friction and difficult casing lowering. Thus, we designed and invented the single-ball-embedded rigid centralizer to prevent cuttings entering the slot, significantly reducing friction resistance.
Bow-type casing centralizer
➣ It has punch interlocked structure but no welding defect. It is structurally simple, and has high strength and excellent elasticity.;➣ It is widely used in the casing lowering construction operation for vertical wells or high-angle deviated holes.
Float casing collar
Casing floating is mainly applied in horizontal wells and extended reach wells. During casing lowering, the float casing collar shall be connected to the casing string to form temporary barrier in the casing. Air is filled in the casing string below the float casing collar, while drilling fluid is filled in the casing string above the float casing collar. Thus, the buoyancy of the casing string below the float casing collar is increased, the lower casing string is in the floating state during casing lowering, and the resistance is reduced during casing lowering. Moreover, as the casing string above the float casing collar is filled with drilling fluid, the pressure that pushes the casing string into the bore hole is increased, realizing smooth casing lowering.
Float collar
➣ The outer shell of the float collar is made of 35 CrMo alloy steel, and all internal parts are made of drillable materials. It can be used in vertical wells, high-angle deviated holes and horizontal wells.;➣ Its capability of preventing back pressure is higher than 25MPa.
