Shear pump
The JQ6 5J-10 shear pump has the main structure that is basically the same as that of the sand pump, and is equipped with extremely reliable mechanical seals. The pump is equipped internally a with stainless steel turbine (composed of a guide vane, an impeller, a nozzle and a collection chamber), a shear plate and an auxiliary impeller to shear the polymer and bentonite in drilling fluid.
Sand pump
There are 5 series in SB sand pumps, i.e. SB8×6, SB6×5, SB5×4, Sb4×3 and SB3×2. The thickness of the pump shell is increased by 30%, enhancing the erosion margin and pressure bearing capacity. The size of impeller outlet is widened, and the velocity of impeller outlet is reduced, so as to eliminate the abrasive jet effects that tend to be caused by narrow impellers and decrease both turbulence and abrasion. For mechanical sealing, single-sided sealing mode is adopted; the sealing surface material of either dynamic or static ring is hard metal, providing high abrasion resistance.
Desilting cleaner
The XQJS100*10-G desilting cleaner can separate 15μm-44μm solid phase particles. The cone is made of medium manganese ductile iron with good abrasion resistance, and easy to replace. The modular design is applied, and the structure of the screen box and base is the same as that of sand cleaner.
