I Scope of application

1. The amount of cement injected at a time is excessive.

2. The bottom layer cannot bear excess fluid column pressure.

3. Special horizons are isolated.

4. Annulus gas breakthrough after cementing is prevented.

5. The temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the cementing point is significant, and the cement slurry properties are hard to regulate.

II. Performance characteristic

1. The internal shut-off structure is adopted to shut down the serrated self-locking device on the casing, and the self-locking is reliable after shutting down.

2. There is no liquid compression problem in any small bore during either open-up or shut-off.

3. The inner diameter of upper/lower connector is consistent with the inner diameter of the casing, but smaller than the inner diameter of the shut-off casing. Thus, the shut-off casing can be protected from damages effectively during the operation of tripping or drilling off.

4. All accessories are made of highly-drillable rubber/alumina-based materials and are provided with anti-rotation mechanisms, and thus are easy to drill off.

5. Displacement open-up plugs are provided, which can be used in the mode of continuous cementing operation.

Cementing plug
The upper and lower plugs isolate different liquids, and the drilling fluid or cement slurry can be scrapped off from the inner wall of the casing. The bumping signal will be given when bumping is completed, indicating cementing completion. The plugs can be divided into several types, including the upper/lower casing plugs, self-locking plugs, liner plugs, multi-stage cementing plugs and anti-rotation plugs. Both the length of the cement plug in the casing and the quality of the cement mantle in the casing shoe accessories can be ensured. Such plugs are also be mounted in cement heads to isolate the rubber products of different types of liquid during cementing operation.
Cementing plug
Standard plugs are applicable for various float collars and float shoes. The anti-rotation mechanism is designed for the anti-rotation plugs, improving drilling-off speeds greatly. Self-locking plugs are advanced technically and can be used safety; the product performance can reach the advanced level in China.
Self-locking plug
The QZZS-A forced self-locking float collar and its associated self-locking plug (the plug also has the functions of forcing and self-locking) can provide effective self-locking and sealing. Through ground tests and the sit application of multiple wells, the tool is proven to have a reasonable structure. It can provide easy operation and reliable sealing, intentionally solving the series of problems caused by the cement plug that is left in the casing due to the non-return function failure of the float collar and the upward moving of the plug after cementing operation.
Resin roller centralizer
During the casing lowering in deep wells, extended reach wells and long horizontal drainholes, cuttings will be tucked in the slot space of the slotted rolling ball centralizer, which will lead to encumbered ball rolling, stronger friction and difficult casing lowering. The roller of the resin roller centralizer is made of bearing steel, ensuring both the bearing strength of itself and the minimum friction generated during steel ball rolling.
Single-plug cement head
Single-plug cement heads are used for cement injection.Single-plug cement heads can be connected to casings.
Double-plug cementing head
1. Equipped with quick connectors for easy connection; can be connected to API casing threads/drill stem threads, ensuring a wide application scope;2. Indicator used to indicate rubber plug drop (if any);3. Compensating pipes are mounted for easy baffle pin opening
Cementing tools---Thermal compensator
➣ The thermal compensator is connected into the casing string of the heavy oil thermal recovery well to provide effective compensation for the casing string elongation caused by steam injection process or the casing string shrinkage caused by carbon dioxide injection and other measures. In this way, casing deformation and damage caused by elongation or shrinkage can be prevented.
