Negative-pressure vibration sieve
In this device, a vacuum adsorber is installed below the last screen mesh of the vibration sieve to form the vacuum suction with certain frequencies through pulse air flow, improve the recovery of drilling fluid, and lower the level of difficulty in liquid-solid separation for the mixture to be treated.
Integral machine
In order to adapt itself to the requirements of solid phase control for drilling, and improve the effects of the quality of solid phase control for drilling and drilling effects, our company developed and manufactured LWBP-N integral centrifugal sand/mud cleaner. The advantages of the cleaner are shown below.
Steel-wood foundation
The steel-wood foundation manufactured by our company is plate-type equipment consisting of structural steel frames and wood, and it is also a portable structural support platform used as the basic support for large equipment, such as oil-drilling rigs. Wood materials are made of larches characterized by stiff textures and high-water resistance. The immersion depth is deeper than 10mm, and the sidewise local compressive strength limit is larger than 40kg/cm2. All steel material shall be standard die steel. The specific dimensions can be customized.
Liquid-gas separator
➣ There are two specifications of YQF liquid-gas separators, i.e. YQF-1200/1.5 and YQF-800/1.5.;➣ It can separate a large amount of free-state gas (e.g. hydrogen sulphide and other hazardous, noxious gas) from drilling fluid.;➣ Its incoming pipe and exhaust duct can be rotated for easy installation in different well sites.;➣ It shall be transported horizontally and used vertically.
Water tank
The series of water tanks include suit water tanks, domestic water tanks, cooling water tanks and industrial water tanks. ;Various water pumps, electric control boxes, lamps, thermal insulation and heating facilities and other explosion-proof facilities can be arranged based on customers' demands to meet the application requirements in well sites and different civil environmental conditions.
Oil tank
The oil tank system is divided into rectangular and cylindrical structures, and can also be designed as an elevated tank according to user needs. It is equipped with various explosion-proof facilities such as oil pumps, electric control boxes, lamps and heat preservation and heating to meet the requirements of different environmental conditions in the well site and civil use.
Swirl mixer
Swirl mixers mainly consists of feed hoppers, butterfly valves, mixing cylinders and swirl volutes. It has the advantages of high mixing speed, uniform mixing and low energy consumption, and is especially suitable for mixing plugging materials.
Jet mixer
The jet mixer is mainly composed of a nozzle, a mixing chamber, a venturi tube, a feeding funnel and a butterfly valve. The utility model has the advantages of low cost and convenient installation and use.
Compound mixer
A premixed wetting chamber is installed between the funnel and the ejector in the compound swirl mixer, guiding partial slurry to enter and rotate in the premixed wetting chamber to form vortex flow. The reagent first enters the premixed wetting chamber to mix with the liquid, and then enters the ejector to further mix with the liquid from the nozzle to achieve the purpose of full mixing.
Agitator
The plane enveloping worm gear reducer has the advantages of reliable performance, small structure size, light weight, stable transmission, low noise, large transmission power and strong mixing ability.
Shear pump
The JQ6 5J-10 shear pump has the main structure that is basically the same as that of the sand pump, and is equipped with extremely reliable mechanical seals. The pump is equipped internally a with stainless steel turbine (composed of a guide vane, an impeller, a nozzle and a collection chamber), a shear plate and an auxiliary impeller to shear the polymer and bentonite in drilling fluid.
