Technical features

It is characterized by a light weight, a small friction factor and high strength. Its reinforced polymer resin material is free of toxicity and light in weight; the material also has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and self-lubricating property; it is easy to process thanks to its small friction factor. In the resin cyclonic centralizer, there is an included angle between its centralizer bar and axis, which makes it superior to the conventional straight edge centralizer in use. Firstly, when the well diameter is irregular, the borehole wall produces a certain transverse force component on the cyclone centralizer during casing running, mitigating resistance-caused impact. Secondly, in the outer annulus of the pipe, when the cement slurry passes through the spiral piece of the centralizer, a swirling flow will be generated, which changes the smoothness and scours the false filter cake on the borehole wall. The length of the swirling flow is generally 7m to 9m, and its best location is 3m to 4m near the centralizer to improve the displacement efficiency of the cement slurry, which is very beneficial to improve the cementing quality.

1. It is highly resistant to high temperature and corrosion, showing no apparent change of compressive strength within the temperature scope of -40℃ to 230℃.

2. Heavy-duty test: for the specimen in the conditions of the load of 192MPa - 260MPa and the friction duration of 170s, after the friction of material surface, the friction factor is gradually reduced, and finally stays at 0.018, indicating high compressive strength and excellent abrasion resistance.

Bow-type casing centralizer

Float casing collar
Casing floating is mainly applied in horizontal wells and extended reach wells. During casing lowering, the float casing collar shall be connected to the casing string to form temporary barrier in the casing. Air is filled in the casing string below the float casing collar, while drilling fluid is filled in the casing string above the float casing collar. Thus, the buoyancy of the casing string below the float casing collar is increased, the lower casing string is in the floating state during casing lowering, and the resistance is reduced during casing lowering. Moreover, as the casing string above the float casing collar is filled with drilling fluid, the pressure that pushes the casing string into the bore hole is increased, realizing smooth casing lowering.
Float collar
➣ The outer shell of the float collar is made of 35 CrMo alloy steel, and all internal parts are made of drillable materials. Casing mud scraper
➣ In order to improve the cementing quality between cement and the formation (second interface), our company develops “oversized mud cake remover”. It adopts unique design and materials, and is formed with unique process. For the scraper, high-elasticity manganese steel wires are adopted, woven and inter-embedded to realize 360° all-side scraping. The steel bodies at the both ends are centralized, and the blocking of swirl channels is prevented. The model can be selected according to the enlargement rate to ensure the effect. It is a unique product at home and abroad currently.
Anti-rotation cementing plug
