Product introduction

During the casing lowering in deep wells, extended reach wells and long horizontal drainholes, cuttings will be tucked in the slot space of the slotted rolling ball centralizer, which will lead to encumbered ball rolling, stronger friction and difficult casing lowering. The roller of the resin roller centralizer is made of bearing steel, ensuring both the bearing strength of itself and the minimum friction generated during steel ball rolling. It can be used for centralizing and centring of the casing during completion operation of high-angle deviated holes and horizontal wells; the sliding friction generated between the lowered casing and the borehole wall can be changed into rolling friction, effectively reducing the friction caused during casing lowering. Additionally, the right-handed spiral groove has the function of self-cleaning, which can change the load-bearing state of the casing string in case of resistance and ensure the smooth lowering of the casing during construction. It also has the functions including cleaning the wall cake and improving the displacement efficiency of cement slurry.
