Single independent ball centralizer

➣ During the casing lowering in deep wells, extended reach wells and long horizontal drainholes, cuttings will be tucked in the slot space of the slotted rolling ball centralizer, which will lead to encumbered ball rolling, stronger friction and difficult casing lowering. Thus, we designed and invented the single-ball-embedded rigid centralizer to prevent cuttings entering the slot, significantly reducing friction resistance.

Float casing collar
Casing floating is mainly applied in horizontal wells and extended reach wells. During casing lowering, the float casing collar shall be connected to the casing string to form temporary barrier in the casing. Air is filled in the casing string below the float casing collar, while drilling fluid is filled in the casing string above the float casing collar. Casing mud scraper
➣ In order to improve the cementing quality between cement and the formation (second interface), our company develops “oversized mud cake remover”. It adopts unique design and materials, and is formed with unique process. For the scraper, high-elasticity manganese steel wires are adopted, woven and inter-embedded to realize 360° all-side scraping. The steel bodies at the both ends are centralized, and the blocking of swirl channels is prevented. The model can be selected according to the enlargement rate to ensure the effect. It is a unique product at home and abroad currently.
Anti-rotation cementing plug
1. During cement injection, it is used to isolate cement slurry and mud and prevent the mud permeating in cement slurry affecting cementing quality.;2. Structural characteristics: the series of cementing plugs are divided into common cementing plugs, the upper/lower plugs used for double-plug commenting, and the upper/middle/lower plugs used for two-stage cementing.

Float collar and float shoe of cement
1. The top of the float shoe has the function of orientation.;2. The filling material of the cement float collar and float shoe is high-strength Grade G cement. The material of the valve body is high-strength aluminum alloy that can provide good erosion resistance and back pressure resistance.;4. There are two optional forms of valves, i.e. Single valves and double valves.
Cementing plug
The upper and lower plugs isolate different liquids, and the drilling fluid or cement slurry can be scrapped off from the inner wall of the casing. The bumping signal will be given when bumping is completed, indicating cementing completion. The plugs can be divided into several types, including the upper/lower casing plugs, self-locking plugs, liner plugs, multi-stage cementing plugs and anti-rotation plugs. Both the length of the cement plug in the casing and the quality of the cement mantle in the casing shoe accessories can be ensured. Such plugs are also be mounted in cement heads to isolate the rubber products of different types of liquid during cementing operation.
