Single-plug cement heads are used for cement injection.

Single-plug cement heads can be connected to casings.

1. The single-plug cement head has a novel structure and practical design. Its main body is manufactured by using high-strength structural alloy steel and thus resistant to high pressure.

2. Indicators of rubber plug drop are arranged for site operators to find out whether the rubber plug has passed through.

3. Compensating pipes are attached to a cement head to ensure the pressure at both the upper and lower ends of the rubber plug is equal during cement injection, eliminating the effects of negative-pressure suction on baffle pins.

Cementing tools---Thermal compensator

Roller centralizer

Single independent ball centralizer
➣ During the casing lowering in deep wells, extended reach wells and long horizontal drainholes, cuttings will be tucked in the slot space of the slotted rolling ball centralizer, which will lead to encumbered ball rolling, stronger friction and difficult casing lowering. Thus, we designed and invented the single-ball-embedded rigid centralizer to prevent cuttings entering the slot, significantly reducing friction resistance.
Bow-type casing centralizer
➣ It has punch interlocked structure but no welding defect. It is structurally simple, and has high strength and excellent elasticity.;➣ It is widely used in the casing lowering construction operation for vertical wells or high-angle deviated holes.
Float casing collar
Casing floating is mainly applied in horizontal wells and extended reach wells. During casing lowering, the float casing collar shall be connected to the casing string to form temporary barrier in the casing. Air is filled in the casing string below the float casing collar, while drilling fluid is filled in the casing string above the float casing collar. Thus, the buoyancy of the casing string below the float casing collar is increased, the lower casing string is in the floating state during casing lowering, and the resistance is reduced during casing lowering. Moreover, as the casing string above the float casing collar is filled with drilling fluid, the pressure that pushes the casing string into the bore hole is increased, realizing smooth casing lowering.
